ingredients: peppermint, comfrey, + sage.
directions: pour on cup on boiling water into large mug. add 1 tbsp or 2 tsp (depending on how strong you want it) of herbal mix into a tea ball infuser, cover mug, and allow tea to steep for 15 mins. drink.
