ingredients: lemon balm, passionflowers, chamomile flowers, hops, catnip, + oatstraw.
directions: pour one cup on boiling water into large mug. add 2 tbsp or 1-2 tsp (depending on how strong you want your tea to be) of herbal mix into your tea ball infuser, cover mug and allow tea to steep for 15 mins. drink.
